Shipping & Returns Policy

The following terms shall have the following meanings in this policy:

“Insrtd”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” means Burch Trading Ltd, trading under the name Insrtd, Registered Company Number 16408400 registered at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG.

“You” and “Your” refers to the customer.

Shipping

We have the following shipping methods. All order cut offs apply to working days only. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. They will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders for DPD Weekend Shipping must be ordered by 1.30pm Friday for delivery at the weekend. If Friday is a bank holiday then the cut off will be the closest working day.

Orders over 30kg

Any orders over 30kg will be send by courier. We will be in touch after you order to confirm pricing.

Royal Mail UK:

Goods are sent on your choice of shipment unless the weight is over 2kg, then goods are sent via DPD, shipping rates apply. If you are not in when the parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at the local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

We will provide you with a tracking number that can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process.

DPD:

DPD can deliver goods up to 30kg.

You must provide a correct mobile number when using this service. DPD will contact you by text or email to notify you of a delivery time and date. If this is not convenient for you, you have the option to change it. If delivery is unsuccessful the parcel is returned back to us. In some rare cases, DPD may not deliver the next day. But is 99% next day service.

We will provide you with a tracking number that can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process.

Cut Off Times

Please see above for our order cut off times. If your order is received after this it will be dispatched  the next working day which will increase your expected delivery time.

Undelivered Orders

If either of the above services cannot deliver your parcel successfully it will be returned to us. If this happens and you still wish to receive your order we will require you to pay an additional delivery fee.

Packaging

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication of the contents.

Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled after dispatch the delivery fee will not be refunded. If your parcel cannot be returned to us by the courier you will need to follow our returns policy below.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has been lost in transit we will send a replacement order if the courier can confirm that the parcel is genuinely lost. Replacement parcels will not be sent for orders that are experiencing a shipping delay by the courier. In the event of a lost parcel the courier may need to contact you for further information first before we can send out a replacement package.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible if you enter any incorrect information during checkout such as an incorrect name, address or phone number. If your order is delivered to the wrong address for this reason we will not offer a refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

You are responsible for covering all return postage costs apart from faulty items. Returns must be sent back to us with a tracked and insured service.

You must include a returns form with your returned items. You can download the form below. We do not offer exchanges, you must return your order and make a new order.

Returns Form

Due to the health and hygiene implications of adult goods. To return goods that are not faulty the following terms have to be met:

  1. The goods must be unused and un-opened.
  2. The goods must be returned in original condition & original packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat-sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be returned within 30 days from the day you received the order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in their original packaging.
  7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods back to you and not issue a refund.

We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for unwanted goods.

Missing or Damaged Items

Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any items that arrive damaged will be handled on a case-by-case basis and a replacement issued if deemed appropriate.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, we can provide a freepost address if you let us know within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us so we can provide further information to you.

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.

If an item is found not to be faulty, we will charge you a return postage fee.
