Returns & Exchanges

You are responsible for covering all return postage costs apart from faulty items. Returns must be sent back to us with a tracked and insured service.

You must include a returns form with your returned items. You can download the form below. We do not offer exchanges, you must return your order and make a new order.

Due to the health and hygiene implications of adult goods. To return goods that are not faulty the following terms have to be met:

  1. The goods must be unused and un-opened.
  2. The goods must be returned in original condition & original packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat-sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be returned within 30 days from the day you received the order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in their original packaging.
  7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods back to you and not issue a refund.

We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for unwanted goods.

Missing or Damaged Items

Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any items that arrive damaged will be handled on a case-by-case basis and a replacement issued if deemed appropriate.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, we can provide a freepost address if you let us know within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us so we can provide further information to you.

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.

If an item is found not to be faulty, we will charge you a return postage fee.
