12. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
12.1 f you’re an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
12.2 This right doesn’t apply to sealed items that aren’t suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
12.3 To cancel, email us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision. You may use a withdrawal form, but it’s not required. Please send returns within 14 days of cancellation.
12.4 We’ll refund your payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.
12.5 You’re responsible for any loss in value due to handling beyond what’s needed to inspect the item.
